Headwaters
One of the largest issues facing humanity is access to fresh water.
We are fortunate here in Alberta to have some of the cleanest and most abundant water in the world. This water, for most of us in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and parts of Manitoba, comes from the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains, located in southwest Alberta. These headwater areas are vital for providing clean water, serving as habitat for at-risk species, and offering sustainable recreation opportunities. Not only are they a significant source of fresh water, but they are also major contributors to carbon storage.
When you support us, you support wolfdog education and awareness, wildlife conservation, freshwater conservation, and the preservation of the Canadian wilderness.
